4.7 Landscape Maintenance

All landscaping is required to be maintained in a healthy and attractive appearance. Proper maintenance includes:

a. Mowing;

b. Pruning and shaping;

c. Weed control in lawns and planting beds;

d. Adequate irrigation;

e. Appropriate fertilization;

f. Insect and disease control;

g. Seasonal mulching of planting beds;

h. Replacement of diseased or dead plant materials.

Each lot shall be maintained in a neat, clean and orderly condition by the owner/builder.
