3.0 ARCHITECTURE

3.4 Roof Materials

The roofing materials may be 25-year, three dimensional composite shingles, slate, simulated slate, or ceramic tile. Except in certain limited thematic applications, where the roof is an integral part of the desired overall design of the residence, metal roofing shall be of the architectural type (i.e.) standing seam or imitation shingle shall have no exposed fasteners except for ridges and other special fasteners.
